堆疊顛簸測試兩箱滿載堆疊，采用不規則折線模擬地形，用真實路途遇到的顛簸情況來模擬，通過地形情況測試圍板的抗震性以及牢固穩定性，該測試過程每個階段都會引起不同程度的振動，以模擬真實路途中遇到的各種情況。
堆疊爬坡測試兩箱滿載堆疊，測量箱體在爬坡時整體結構穩定性，是否會出現坍塌等。
冷凍測試測試箱體在低溫環境下，整體的結構，材質抗沖擊性。
抗壓測試壓力機上壓板對產品持續施加壓力，下降幅度在大壓力處下降10%時停止施壓。
跌落測試產品分別在常溫、低溫下，被測體離地面高度1.2m連續跌落三次。
沖擊測試沖擊測試分為斜面沖擊和水平沖擊。產品各面以1.1m/s的末速度分別進行撞擊，測試產品的抗沖擊性。
